This was a difficult process for me as this was the 1st home I'd ever purchased. I didn't know anything about the process and guidelines. Meredith was a great asset to us, especially the inspection report.

Meredith met us at a property that we saw as a "drive by". She was the 4th or 5th agent we had met with to view different properties that we found on our own. We didn't like the property, but she was genuinely interested in what we wanted in a home, location, our budget, etc. We were so impressed with her questions and offer to help us and do research without actually being our buyers agent. We chose to have her represent us in buying a house and selling our house.
